Simply fill in the application form (available at our outlets) and hand it to any of our friendly service staff together with the VIP fee of $38. All application forms must be duly completed.
We will mail you the SAKAECard. Please allow 6 weeks for processing.

MEMBER’S BENEFITS: |

Initial Value of the Card:
* Pay only $38 for the Card, and you will be given 28 SAKAE Dollars for immediate use upon receiving the Card. (1 SAKAE Dollar = S$ 1.00)
Member’s Rebate:
* 12% rebate on all dine-in receipts at all Sakae Sushi, Sakae Teppanyaki, Sakae Izakaya and The Pasta Shop by Sakae outlets in Singapore (except for kiosks).
* The percentage of the rebate will increase by 1% to 13% the following month when you spend $300 during that month.
* The percentage of the rebate will increase by another 2% to 15% when you maintain the $300 cap for the subsequent month.
* The percentage of the rebate will fall back to 12% if the member's spending drop below $300 per month.
* Rebate will be issued only on the sub total of the balance after payment made by cash, nets, credit card and / or redemption of previously earned rebates.
* Rebate & birthday e-voucher is not valid with discounts, prevailing special offers, promotions, buffets, usage of vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
* Redemption of SAKAE dollars and $20 birthday e-voucher is only applicable for dine-in receipts only. Not applicable for takeaways and delivery.
* Redemption of SAKAE dollars and $20 birthday e-voucher is not applicable with discounts.
* SAKAE dollars can only redeemed in dollars. The cents will remain in the card to accumulate to dollars.
* Upon renewal of the Card before the expiry date, the balance of SAKAE Dollars from the previous year will be converted to e-voucher and can be brought forward for another 3 months.(The brought forward e-voucher must be redeemed in full during the next visit); the e-voucher will automatically be void after that period of time.
Member’s Discount:
* 10% dine-in discount at all other sister brands under Apex-Pal Group.
*
10% dine-in discount at all overseas outlets.
Other Benefits:
* Complimentary green tea when dining-in at Sakae Sushi, Sakae Teppanyaki, Sakae Izakaya andThe Pasta Shop by Sakae outlets.
* Free delivery service with a minimum order of $50 for Sakae Sushi.
* Receive exclusive promotions & updates in our quarterly Sakae Shimbun (newsletter).
Birthday Privilege:
*A $20 birthday e-voucher in your SAKAECard (Valid for 3 months starting from the 1st day of your birthday month)
Validity of Sakae card:
* The card will expire after a 12-month period. Expiry date is printed on the card.
* The Management reserves the right to terminate the card for any suspected breach of terms and conditions or negligent or fraudulent transaction.
Loss / Theft of card:
* A nominal administration fee of $20 will be charged for the replacement of card. 15 Sakae dollars will be preloaded in the replaced card. The balance of Sakae dollars of the lost card will be transferred to the replaced card. Waiver of replacement fee can be supported with documents like police report (subject to approval).
* Please notify Marketing Dept at 6496 0070 / 6496 0069 immediately of any loss or theft of card.
* The Management shall not be liable or responsible for the discrepancy of Sakae dollars or e-voucher for the loss / theft or damage of the Card. |
