* SAKAE dollars and e-vouchers are not valid with discounts, special offers, promotions, buffets, usage of vouchers, unless otherwise stated. Redemption of e-voucher is only applicable for dine-in only.
* Rebates will be issued only on the sub total of the balance after payment made by cash, nets, credit card and/or redemption of previously earned rebates, and are valid for dine-in and takeaway only.
* SAKAE dollars can only be redeemed in dollars. Cents remain in the card to be accumulated.
* Birthday e-voucher is awarded once per membership period only.
* Rebates will still be applicable when cash vouchers are used.
* Redemption of SAKAE dollars and $20 birthday e-voucher is not applicable with discounts.
* Redemption of SAKAE dollars or birthday e-voucher is only applicable to per card per bill basis.
* Upon renewal of the Card before the expiry date, the balance of SAKAE Dollars from the previous year will be converted to e-voucher and can be brought forward for another 3 months. (The brought forward e-voucher must be redeemed in full during the next visit); the e-voucher will automatically be void after that period of time.
Birthday Privilege:
*A $20 birthday e-voucher in your SAKAECard (Valid for 1 month starting from the 1st day of your birthday month)
Validity of Sakae card:
* The card will expire after a 12-month period. Expiry date is written on the back of the card.
* The Management reserves the right to terminate the card for any suspected breach of terms and conditions or negligent or fraudulent transaction.
Renewal of Sakae card:
* To renew your SAKAECard, please surrender your existing card to any of your outlets to exchange for a new card.
* Renew SAKAECard for $20 and receive $42 worth of value immediately.
- 15 SAKAE dollars in your card
- 1 complimentary red plate voucher worth $5.99
- Continue to enjoy birthday treat and rebate privileges.
Upon renewal of SAKAECard before the expiry date, the amount of SAKAE dollars from the previous card will be converted to an e-voucher and brought forward for another 3 months, the amount has to be redeemed in full and will be automatically void after the validity period.
Please take note that renewal has to be made within 3 months after the expiry date on the card, otherwise you have to reapply for new membership at $38 and the balance of SAKAE dollars or $20 birthday e-voucher from the previous card will be forfeited.
(For eg: If the expiry date of the card is 31 July 2009, please renew before 31 October 2009 to avoid forfeit of Sakae dollars or $20 birthday e-voucher)
Usage of Card:
* SAKAECard must be presented at the point of payment for earning or redemption of SAKAE dollars or e-voucher.
* Address provided must be correct address in Singapore only.
* Applications without the compulsory information duly completed might be delayed.
* The Card is neither transferable nor assignable.
* It is for the personal use and benefits of the person who apply for the card.
Loss / Theft of card:
* A nominal administration fee of $20 will be charged for the replacement of card. 15 Sakae dollars will be preloaded in the replaced card. The balance of SAKAE dollars of the lost card will be transferred to the replaced card. Waiver of replacement fee can be supported with documents like police report (subject to approval).
* Please notify Head Office at 6438 6629 immediately of any loss or theft of card.
* The Management shall not be liable or responsible for the discrepancy of SAKAE dollars or e-voucher for the loss / theft or damage of the Card.
Variations & Discretion:
* The management reserves the right to amend or withdraw any privileges, card expiry dates, as well as terms and conditions without prior notice.
* The Card member warrants that all information and particulars contained in the Application or any other documents completed and submitted to Sakae Holdings Ltd are true and correct in all aspects.
* The management reserves the right to reject any Card Transaction which it deems fit, without assigning any reason(s) whatsoever.
* The Card shall remain as the property of Sakae Holdings Ltd at all times. |
